In Campus West Investa Asset Management’s responsibilities include leasing space, providing comprehensive service for tenants and ensuring continued sustainable development of the property. Our aim here is to meet all demands for efficient contemporary spatial planning. The focus is on solutions customised to suit the needs of the tenants. In the past 12 months, long-term rental contracts for approximately 10,000 sq. m. for offices and business have been concluded with new and existing tenants. The areas still available in Uferstadt make further expansion possible for existing tenants and offer interested companies an opportunity to set up business there. Investa has already won new users for more than 30,000 sqm since it took over the asset management. Whole buildings have been completely renovated and newly equipped according to specifications desired by the tenants and special technical solutions (laboratory + research) in the quality of new buildings. Fürth became a university city for the first time when the Central Institution for New Materials of the Friedrich-Alexander-University Erlangen-Nuremberg in Uferstadt Fürth was established here.
