Klaus Laminet, born 1943, joined Investa Projektentwicklungs- und Verwaltungs GmbH in 1974 as managing director and partner, two years after Dr. Klaus Märten had founded the company.  Klaus Laminet possesses over three decades of real estate development and project management experience combined with excellent knowledge of the German and European real estate markets. He graduated from the University of Munich in economics, and is a founding partner of Hannover Leasing, one of Germany’s largest leasing companies. Until 2004, Mr. Laminet was a member of HypoVereinsbank’s advisory board.

Rupprecht Rittweger

Rupprecht Rittweger, born 1970, is Managing Director of Investa Projektentwicklungs- und Verwaltungs GmbH responsible for Marketing, Sales and Business Development. Rupprecht Rittweger founded the subsidiary e-shelter in 2000 which he leads as Managing Director. e-shelter plans, develops, and operates high-availability data centers, and owns Europe’s largest data center with a total space of 60,000 sqm located in Frankfurt. Mr. Rittweger graduated from the University of Heidelberg in Economics, and has already several years of experience as entrepreneur.

Dr. J. Christian Femerling

Christian Femerling, born 1963, became Research Assistant at the University of Mannheim Chair of Logistics, after completing his studies and in 1996 he obtained his PhD. After managing projects in the automobile and automobile supplier industry and also in the retail trade, Femerling joined Escom Produktions- und Vertriebsgesellschaft mbH in 1993 as Project Manager for Logistic Systems. From 1994 to 1996 he was in charge of logistics at Escom AG and responsible for the company sites in Germany and Holland. In 1996 Christian Femerling joined EMI Electrola GmbH, Cologne, as Vice President Logistics, where he was head of the logistic centre and in charge of the areas of Sales Administration, Stock Planning, Warehousing and Customer Service. In 2000 Femerling was appointed to the Board of SoLog Solutions for Logistics AG, a logistics service company, there he was responsible for the areas of Customer Projects, Organisation, Personnel and IT. Christian Femerling is Managing Directorof Investa Holding GmbH since 2007, and he also signs responsible for Personnel, Organisation and IT at e-shelter.

Dr. Bernd Spitz

Dr. Bernd M. Spitz, born in 1967, has been employed with Investa Holding GmbH as a managing director since 2007 and is responsible there for Finance and Strategy. From 1998 to 2007, Dr. Spitz worked for the international management and technology consultancy company Booz Allen Hamilton, most recently as a member of the company's management. Prior to his employment with Booz Allen Hamilton, Dr. Spitz completed his studies from 1996 to 1998 with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the London Business School and the Amos Tuck School of Business Administration, focusing on finance and strategy. Form 1992 to 1996, Dr. Spitz worked in various functions for companies in the German brewery industry, including Gebrüder März AG, Bavaria St. Pauli BrauereiAG/Jever and the Beck & Co. brewery and did his Ph.D. thesis on a system-analytical subject at the Technical University of Munich at Weihenstephan, where he had already completed his studies in engineering with the focus on brewery and beverage technology in 1991.

Volker Dittmeier

Volker Dittmeier, born 1969, has more than 10 year experience in Asset Management of real estate assets in Europe. Before joining Investa Holding GmbH as Head of Asset Management and founding Investa Asset Management GmbH, Volker Dittmeier was the last 5 years responsible as the Head of Asset Management for the total real estate assets of Deutsche Telekom AG with more than € 11 bn . Furthermore he was consulting the subsidiaries of Deutsche Telekom in Europe. Before this Volker Dittmeier worked for several customers in the real estate industry during his time with Mercer Management Consulting. He is a certified banker and holds a degree in Geography as well as International Management. He studied at the university Bayreuth and St. Gallen.

Ulrich Saalfrank

Ulrich Saalfrank, born in1956, studied construction engineering at the TUM Technische Universität München (Munich Technical University), specializing in solid construction and building materials. From 1981 to 2007, he was employed by HOCHTIEF AG, most recently as chairman of the management of the Südost Division. In his 25 years in the building industry, Mr. Saalfrank has held various executive positions, from planning to complex construction. For ten years of this period, he headed the Munich branch of HOCHTIEF AG. During this time, he cooperated successfully with Investa Immobiliengruppe for many years. In 2007, together with the non-profit foundation Bayerisches Baugewerbe, he founded the Oskar-von-Miller-Forum in Munich. Since 2009, Ulrich Saalfrank has worked for Investa Immobiliengruppe and, as managing shareholder, he founded Investa Baumanagement GmbH.

Tobias Sternheimer, born 1966, draws on almost twenty years of leadership experience as Commercial Director, Confidential Clerk and Managing Director in the commercial sector. He ran his own company for more than a decade. As head of order transaction and administration at Investa Immobiliengruppe Tobias Sternheimer is responsible for all transactions

Dr. Kilian Kasperek

Dr. Kilian Kasperek, born 1977, has been with the Investa Immobiliengruppe since 2007, working for the project development department. In 2008 he received the power of attorney for the Investa Projektentwicklungs- und Verwaltungs GmbH. Dr. Kasperek signs as Managing Director for several project companies of the Investa Immobiliengruppe and is responsible as Managing Director for the Investa Wohnbau GmbH since 2011. After his studies of law, legal clerkship and doctorate, Dr. Kasperek started his career in the real estate business as assistant of the management for a Dutch project development company, that specializes in commercial properties. Dr. Kasperek has a Master of Business Administration for "International Real Estate Management".
