Leonardo Royal Hotel Munich

Construction and development of a four-star superior hotel with 424 rooms, conference and congress centre and a ballroom.

In the immediate vicinity of the Olympia Park and the BMW-Welt, Investa Immobiliengruppe built the new four-star superior hotel "Leonardo Royal Munich" for the Israeli hotel chain Leonardo Hotels which was completed by the beginning of 2011. In addition to the 424 rooms, the hotel has a conference and congress centre as well as a royal ballroom for as many as 700 people. In addition to an on-site restaurant with a large sun terrace, an Executive Lounge, a Cigar Lounge, the Leo90 trend lounge and a fitness and sauna area were built. The Munich-based architects J.S.K. SIAT international were in charge of planning and construction.
