Investa Immobiliengruppe developed 10 luxury apartments on Oberföhringer Straße in one of Munich's top residential areas, Bogenhausen. The 3-storey modern residence was built on a lot with a total area of 3,400 sqm offering spacious apartments with a size of 93 to 307 sqm. The extraordinary architecture was planned by Kehrbaum Architekten.
The project is developed by Sedlmayr Investa Immobilien GmbH, is a joint venture of SGI Sedlmayr Grund und Immobilien KGaA and Investa Projektentwicklungs- und Verwaltungs GmbH, the project development company of Investa group.
