Development of a new administrative building complex in Hannover

In Hannover, Investa Immobiliengruppe develops a new administrative building complex for VHV group, one of Germany’s largest property and life insurance companies. VHV centralised its headquarters with the new building to create space for its 2,100 employees at one single location. The design for the 95 million Euro overall project was developed by local architects Bahlo Köhnke Stosberg & Partner. The building comprise a total gross floor space of 35,000 sqm (excluding the underground floor space), and offer the latest in ecological and economical construction standards, e.g. sun-protection windows with a daylight sensors.
