The services provided by Investa Wohnbau comprise the sourcing of properties, planning, construction management and monitoring, as well as sales, including rentals or sales on its own behalf. An additional area of activity is the development of properties for assisted living: in a joint project with the nursing service “Malteser Hilfsdienst” Investa Wohnbau developed the condominium “St.Vinzenz-Rondell” in Munich which provides 24/7 emergency support and various support and care services.
