Investa Immobilengruppe developed retail outlets at numerous locations for a variety of different requirements. Investa Immobiliengruppe built for example several self-service department stores on behalf of the clients REWE, Edeka and AVA at various locations throughout Germany (Ettlingen, Karlsruhe, Leonberg, Ravensburg, Sigmaringen, Singen and Weingarten). In Berlin, Investa Immobiliengruppe developed the retail space for “Nike town” of Nike, Inc., the leading US sports ware manufacturer.

After having built the Shopping Mall at Berlin Ostbahnhof, Investa Immobiliengruppe is now building  a retail and office building with a gross floor space of around 6,500 square meters in Schloßstrasse in Berlin-Steglitz in partnership with Sedlmayr Haus und Gewerbebau GmbH.
