In Giesing, in the southern part of Munich, the Investa Real Estate developed a land-use plan to revitalise the area around the Giesing railroad station (Giesinger Bahnhof). From 2009 to 2014 the Investa Real Estate developed altogether four properties here.
New standards for medical care
The Investa Real Estate developed a new healthcare center at the beginning of the station square on plot MK 1 with office, practice and retail space covering a total of 8,200 sqm.
