Am Köbis Dreieck in Berlin, in direct proximity to the Tiergarten and the embassy and government district, the Investa Real Estate developed in a joint project with the Groth Gruppe und Kondor Wessels the Hofjäger Palais in four classical urban villas.

Ninety-one exclusive condominiums and rental apartments with living space ranging from 60 sqm. 250 sqm. have been constructed on traffic-calmed Köbisstraße according to the conceptual designs of the architects Walther Stepp and Hilmer & Sattler. The design of the four buildings with altogether 16,800 sqm. is based on classical urban villas. With their large high windows and inviting doors they recreate the living atmosphere of an old building combined with the amenities of a modern one.
