In a joint venture with Development und Wohnbau Groth GmbH & Co. Projekt KG and Hochtief Project development, the Investa Projektentwicklungs-und Verwaltungs GmbH constructed an office building on Köbis Dreieck in cooperation with the international business management consultant KPMG.

Together with the Hochtief project development and the Development und Wohnbau Groth GmbH, the Investa Real Estate developed the office and residential building on Köbis Dreieck in Berlin with gross floor space of 63,000 sqm.
