LEONARDO HOTEL, BURGWALL 11/13, DORTMUND

Investa Real Estate is constructing a new 3-star hotel for the Israeli hotel group Leonardo Hotels (Fattal Group) in a prime location in the centre of Dortmund. The hotel will have 190 rooms and a gross floor area of 9,100 m². Following the jointly implemented projects in Munich and Berlin, Investa Real Estate is now constructing the fourth building for the Fattal Group. The property was acquired and the project undertaken in the fourth quarter of 2016 and the new building is scheduled to open in the spring of 2020.

The new hotel will be built on a plot measuring 1,800 m² near the central railway station and the concert hall in Dortmund. The building will be divided into three areas. The five upper floors are reserved for 190 rooms. The ground floor will contain an open reception and bar area with a restaurant of 200 m² and several event and conference rooms. In addition, the hotel will have an underground garage with 33 parking spaces. The Munich architects par terre will be responsible for overall planning.
