Investa Real Estate has executed the new “Leonardo Royal” Hotel for the Israeli hotel chain Leonardo Hotels with 346 rooms in direct proximity to Alexanderplatz in Berlin. The hotel was integrated into a listed building from 1952. In addition to an in-house restaurant with 300 seats, bars, a banqueting area and a VIP lounge, a spa was incorporated into the historic structure. Responsible for planning and execution were Rem+tec architects in Berlin.
